EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges Only:

Merchandise may be sent back for exchange or online store credit within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, in new condition and ALL tags attached. All claims should be done within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and should be sent prepaid. We will do an exchange only! Shipping and handling is not refundable Sale merchandises are Final Sale.

We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. Please contact us prior return of goods at: returns@aliaison.com

We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back via traceable carrier. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to A Liaison for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
